Welcome To
SLD (Solanaceae LncRNA Database)
Overview
A comprehensive database of systematic functional annotation analysis for Solanaceae lncRNAs is now available. This database integrates approximately 5,156 public high-throughput omics datasets for lncRNA identification and comprehensive functional annotation. Among these datasets, 2,431 ssRNA-seq datasets specifically curated for lncRNA identification. Furthermore, the database incorporates approximately 2,700 reported lncRNAs and standardizes the nomenclature for all collected lncRNAs.
Containing a total of 148265 lncRNA genes, the database provides detailed gene information and functional annotation from three dimensions: Sequence (including TE association, sRNA precursors, ORFs, and conservation), Expression (covering cis and trans acting, as well as competing endogenous RNA networks), and Epigenetic modifications.
The Trait-related lncRNA module offers in-depth insights into three classes of lncRNAs associated with traits, complete with experimental validation, phenotype associations, and metabolite correlations. Additionally, the Conservation module facilitates conservation searches based on sequence, synteny, and conserved-eTMs for lncRNAs.
Moreover, the database provides four essential tools: BLAST, Flanking region analysis, and online generation of heatmaps for three sample categories (Development, Stress, and Mutant), and promoter cis-regulatory element prediction.
